Fabric Returns and Cancellation Policy

We always recommend ordering samples of fabrics before placing an order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to issue refunds on fabrics that have been cut for you. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied to us.

1. Order Cancellation

If you’d like to cancel or make any amendments to your order, please let us know within one hour of ordering for a full refund. Note our opening times are Monday to Friday, 9.00am till 5.00pm.

 

2. Fabric Returns

Lengths of fabric are cut to order, and so are not returnable for lengths under 5 metres. In some circumstances, for lengths over 5m we may be able to accept returns of fabric, but this will depend on the fabric and supplier and will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%.

 

3. Faulty / Damaged Fabric

Please inspect your items when you receive them. Making sure that you are happy before you cut, as once you have cut the fabric, we will not normally be able to consider a length of fabric for return. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 2 normal working days of delivery.

 

4. Fabric Returns Process

The returns process is as follows:

  • Within 14 days of delivery, please email us with your order number and details of the items you would like to return. Please wait for confirmation from us before returning your items.
  • Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are well packed. We recommend using a delivery service which requires a signature to ensure that you have proof of return. The cost of returning an item is at your expense.
  • Once we have received your returned items, we will email you to confirm receipt, your options and any refund due.
  • Refunds can only be made to the same card used to make the original purchase.
  • Refunds may not be instant as certain payment providers have a clearing time to process the refund, this should take no longer than 14 days.
