All About Tweed’ (“AAT”) undertakes to guarantee the following to the purchasers of our products:

 

  1. The Guarantee is for a period specified in the table below.

  1. This Guarantee is specific to the Purchaser, who has been named on the original purchase order confirmation of the goods. The “Purchaser” includes purchaser’s spouse.
  2. Claims under the Guarantee must be accompanied by proof of purchase, (the original purchase order confirmation of the goods), by the original purchaser (or spouse). The purchase must have been from new.
  3. In the event of a complaint the Purchaser should contact our Customer Service team at customerservices@allabouttweed.co.uk. A member of the team will respond within 48 hours.
  4. Each Product will comply with the quality standards laid down by AAT.
  5. Should any complaints arise they will be dealt with quickly and to a satisfactory conclusion either by means of repair or by other necessary methods, so that the company’s quality standards are upheld.
  6. Any faults arising with the wooden structure, springs or webbing or with fabrics intrinsic to our upholstery, dining or headboards, which are due to faulty manufacture will be repaired free of charge, This excludes:
  • Non-structural items such as mechanisms and electrical fittings and fillings
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Use in non-domestic environments
  • Damage, neglect, maltreatment or misuse
  • Unreasonable exposure to water, heat or weather
  • Clearance Items
  • Products exported outside Mainland England and Wales.
  1. Any consumer who feels that a complaint has not been dealt with in a satisfactory way, may contact the furniture trade’s arbitration scheme via The Furniture Ombudsman. AAT agree to comply with any conclusion reached thereby. The Furniture Ombudsman may be contacted at https://www.fhio.org or on 0333 241 3209.
  2. AAT undertakes not to use materials which are environmentally harmful, to comply with government legislation concerning the use of raw materials and in particular to ensure that all timbers used are from sustainable sources.
  3. This Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
  4. This Guarantee is offered by ‘All About Tweed’ (“AAT”) and is administered by Wood Bros (Furniture) Ltd.
