Pre Christmas Delivery Details
Christmas Dates: Our shop will be closed from the Friday 20th December 2024 to Wednesday 1st January 2025, any orders taken between these dates will be processed from the 2nd January 2025.
Stocked Items Closing 2024: On 16th December our Stocked Item order guarantee for Christmas will be suspended. However we are still operating our ‘Christmas Promise’ which means if your items are ordered by the 16th December 2024 your items will be with you in time for Christmas if in stock. Stocked Items ordered later than these dates will be delivered on a best endeavours process but we recommend ordering your items as early as possible.

1. Delivery
1.1 Small item shipping
All smaller items such as lampshades, scatters and fabrics are delivered by Parcel Force
1.2 Medium Items
All medium items such as footstools, dining chairs and headboards are delivered via Evri and Parcel Force
1.3 Large Item - Occasional Chairs
All large items - Occasional Chairs are delivered via Evri
1.4 Large item - Armchairs and Sofas
Large item shipping includes all furniture such as armchairs and armchairs. Once your order is ready for dispatch, one of our carrier partners will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date. Our delivery service includes:
- Delivery to your room of choice (access permitting.)
- Unwrapping and removal of packaging, and
- For sofas the attachment of feet
Please note that we can only deliver to your home if someone is available to sign for this delivery. If they are under 18 years of age, the carrier drivers have the right to refuse to deliver.
1.5 Mixed item shipping
If your order contains both small and large items, they may be delivered separately, and you will receive a dispatch confirmation with further information regarding your delivery for each shipment. Only one delivery charge will be made (that of the larger item.)
2. Delivery Charges and Lead Times
2.1 We will confirm the expected delivery date on your order acknowledgement. The lead times are summarised in the schedule below and are subject to fabric availability.
2.2 Delivery charges are applicable and will be calculated on checkout. Delivery is available on all products in mainland England and Wales as well as Scotland. The delivery charges and lead times are summarised in the schedule below.

2.4 Small stocked and made-to-order items
We aim to deliver any small in-stock products within a week of order acknowledgement. For bespoke small items, we will usually deliver within a week of the items arriving in our warehouse.
2.5 Medium stocked and made-to-order items
We aim to deliver any medium in-stock products within a week of order acknowledgement. For bespoke medium items, we will usually deliver within a 12 working days of the items arriving in our warehouse and our carrier partner will drop you an email in advance of this so you can book a convenient delivery date.
2.6 Large made-to-order items
For bespoke items such as sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and headboards, which are manufactured specifically for your order, we will indicate the expected delivery date on your order acknowledgement. However we usually deliver large items within 12 working days of the items arriving in our warehouse and our carrier partner will drop you an email in advance of this so you can book a convenient delivery date.
2.7 Delivery days and times
We deliver large items Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm, we will confirm morning or afternoon delivery 48 hours in advance by email. If the items you ordered are not in stock or the item is made-to-order we'll provide a delivery estimate when you place your order on the order acknowledgement.
3. Order Tracking
We'll send you a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
3.1 Small item shipping
If you have ordered small items (lampshades, scatters and fabrics), you will receive a link to track your order. You can also check your tracking number on the Parcel Force's site directly:

3.3 Large items - Armchairs and Sofas shipping
Large item orders (sofas, armchairs) are shipped with one of our carrier partners. You will not receive a tracking number, but you will get a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Our carrier partner will be in touch within five working days of this email to schedule your delivery date.
